Who?:
Since founding The Godwin Group in 1992, owner Dean Godwin has become a trusted name in Ankeny and the Des Moines metro, both as an experienced contractor and a reliable property manager. Clients know they can count on Dean’s honesty and expertise, no matter the size of their building project or lease space.
Actively involved in church and civic life, Dean has been on the Ankeny Planning and Zoning Board for the past 6 years. He is a General Partner in Woodside Business Park, LLC. Previously, he served on the Polk County Planning and Zoning Board and as a managing partner of Briarwood Golf and Residential Community.
Why?:
Dean knew it was long overdue for Godwin Group to have a website. When folks looked him up after hearing about work he'd done in the past, he couldn't be found. Even more importantly, connecting with people who wanted to lease space was becoming more and more competitive and the internet was the first place people were looking - Godwin Group needed to be there.
Solution:
We built a Drupal website with a custom design to suit Godwin Group. With a handy Space for Lease and Portfolio section it is easy for the Godwin Group to highlight open property and past projects.
