Covenant Design is a family-owned business founded by a husband and wife team living in Des Moines, Iowa, USA. We wish we could say that we met on MySpace and fell in love - wouldn't that be a great story for the founders of a web design company? - but we didn't. We met the old fashioned way - and fell in love.
Even though we fell in love face-to-face, we're still pretty passionate about the internet. Through websites, we get to make our client's lives easier and more effective. The reward is the joy we see when something that "took hours with the old site" now takes seconds. We get rid of road-blocks for people so they can pursue their passion. Through websites we've worked on, we've repaired relationships in family businesses, helped thousands of children learn new skills, and reduced energy consumption in commercial buildings! We have three roles within the company: Client Consultants, Development Managers and Developers. Our Client Consultants become experts on the businesses and organizations our clients run. They know the client's needs in great depth and act as consultants to educate and inform clients on how to make their website provide a significant ROI. Each Client Consultant is paired with a Development Manager who provides the expert technical guidance needed to make the project a reality. The Development Manager and Client Consultant work together to make sure the project is completed by Developers in a cost effective and timely manner so that our clients are delighted with the result!
Kendall (gorgeous, isn't she) is on the left. She directs our client experience, plus helps structure our management team roles. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from LeTourneau University in Texas. Now she's pursuing a Master of Science in Anatomy at Des Moines University. She grew up in Ankeny, IA and Littleton, CO.
Joshua (pretty handsome, eh?) is on the right. He's Canadian and the visionary behind the company. He finds just the right people for our team, makes sure our programming is top notch and loves spending most of his time working with our clients. He is quite socially adept, even though he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from LeTourneau University.
